I can’t find the exact service I'm looking for on the menu, do you only offer the services listed?
No! If you can’t find the exact service you’re looking for send us a message through our contact page, or give us a call and one of our team members will be happy to answer any questions you may have!
What if I don’t love my haircut/color or something just isn’t quite right?
We want you to love your experience with us here at Harlow Salon. We believe in an open, honest conversation between our guests and our team. We do not offer refunds on services, but guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let leadership know within 5 days of your service so we have the opportunity to make adjustments where necessary. Color adjustment services must be completed within 10 days of original service or extra fee will apply. Please contact leadership at 251-287-6359 for more questions.
What is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we would be happy to rebook it for you. Clients cancelling less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation will be REQUIRED to pay $25 for all non chemical services (such as haircuts & blowouts) and $50 for all color/chemical services. NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount and will be asked to pay a deposit for future reservations. Finally, arriving 15 minutes late will result in rescheduling the reservation and being asked to prepay for future appointments.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
We love kids! But unfortunately little ones in the salon can interfere with your time together with your stylist, hindering the stylist from being able to achieve your hair goals. We want ALL of our guests to feel relaxed and enjoy some “me time”. We kindly ask that you please have proper care arranged prior to your appointment.
